Our Porterville branch will be run by Marcellé Grobbelaar (pictured below) who is transferring from Melkbos, where she ran a successful branch for 8 years.  We’re so excited that she’s continuing with our musical family.

As we prepare to launch these branches, we’re enjoying getting to know our new Blouberg branch teacher.

Introducing Tarryn Neizel:

Tarryn, please tell us a bit about yourself.

I am a passionate, loving, and kind-hearted person.  I am so grateful for my family and my household of much-loved animals.  I love spending time with them all and making memories together.  I have a deep appreciation for music and the joy it brings to life. I’m excited to be joining the Wriggle and Rhyme team.

What have you been doing recently?

Recently, I have been pursuing my other passion which is working in the field of Tax, where I continue to grow both professionally and personally.  My husband and I are preparing to welcome our second baby later this year. I’m really looking forward to ushering in this exciting new chapter.

Why did you choose to pursue W&R as a business opportunity?

I came across Wriggle and Rhyme more than a year ago when I was looking for an activity to enjoy with our (now) toddler.  The closest branch at that stage was in Melkbos with Marcellé, so we joined there.

The classes became a weekly highlight for us.  I soon realised that running a Wriggle and Rhyme branch was something I would really enjoy.  Music has been a part of my life since I began playing the piano at the age of five, and it remains one of my greatest passions.

When Marcellé moved on from Melkbos, it paved the way for me to explore opening a branch from my home in Blouberg.  I’m so excited that Marcellé is re-opening in Porterville, because she’s become a friend and special part of my story.

As my family grows and we prepare for this exciting new chapter, I am looking forward to creating a supportive and nurturing space for mothers on similar journeys. My goal is to create an encouraging and uplifting community of parents, while continuing to nourish my own soul through the joy and connection that music brings.

What are you most excited about?

What excites me most is the opportunity to connect with other parents and care-givers and share my passion for music with them. I’m look forward to building meaningful relationships and creating a warm, supportive musical community where everyone feels encouraged and welcome.

I’m also excited about the launch of the new SNUGGLERS programme – which I know will benefit me and my new little baby later this year.

My daughter is also a SUPER fan of Wriggle and Rhyme, so it’s so special to be sharing this journey with her too.
