Some things change …

Being involved in the lives of children, means that things are constantly changing.  Children grow up … seasons change … priorities shift!

And so it is with our team too!

Laura Berkel started teaching Wriggle and Rhyme from her home in Claremont last year.  Her enthusiasm for the program and for music as a catalyst for learning, was infectious!

Earlier this year, Laura gave birth to her second child, Isla – a beautiful baby girl!  However, Laura’s life has been turned upside down as little Isla has battled with numerous health concerns since birth.

Given Laura’s shift in capacity, she’s decided to step down from running our Claremont branch and focus on raising her children, through this unexpectedly demanding season of her life.

She’s such an enthusiastic ambassador for W&R and is still planning to take little Isla along to our classes when she’s old enough.

As for us though, we’ll miss her being part of our team and wish her the very best for the future!
